When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 2 business days. In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly. Any exceptional delays will be advised on the website and by email.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply visit our Tracking Page and enter your order number and email address.

You can also enter the tracking number we sent you in the dispatch confirmation email.

Can I cancel or adjust my order?

All cancellation & adjustment requests must be made within 12 hours. Once you've received the email stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please visit our Cancellation Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at contact@raynoo.com with photos of the damage or defect. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds the same day. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?

What is your return policy?
