Cancellation Policy

All cancellation & adjustment requests must be made within 12 hours. Once you've received the email stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To submit a cancellation request, please email contact@raynoo.com. Please include your order number and name.

Please note that:

• Please contact us within 12 hours of order placement if you would like to cancel or adjust your order
• You may make changes to your ordered item's color and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item
• Cancellation requests sent outside business hours will be processed on the next business day
• Full refunds are issued to your original payment method for approved cancellations
